As we celebrate Family Day on Monday, February 17, 2025, please be aware of the following Town facility closures and schedule changes:
Facility Closures:
- Civic Centre – Closed February 17
- Protective Services Building – Closed February 17 (Emergency response is not impacted)
- Griffiths Park Centre – Closed February 17
- Public Works Building – Closed February 17
- Edson Landfill – Closed February 17 (following the regular schedule)
- Waste Collection: No changes
Family Day Events & Activities
Snow Much Fun Family Day! – Hosted at Griffiths Park Centre
Time: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Location: Griffiths Park Centre
Details: Join us for a fun-filled outdoor winter event featuring exciting winter activities for the whole family! Plus, Edson Fire Department will be on-site for even more Family Day fun!
Free Family Day Activities at Edson & District Leisure Centre!
Drop-in programming – all FREE!
Family Skate – 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Family Shinny – 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Public Swim – 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
