Yes. Account holders are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time, regardless of mail service interruptions. Alternative payment methods are available to keep your account up to date.
I have not received my invoice. How can I find out the amount owing?
For billing inquiries, please contact the Town of Edson Office at 780-723-4401. Residents can also sign up for electronic invoicing to receive invoices directly via email.
Can I cancel electronic invoicing?
To make changes to your utility or tax accounts, please contact the Town Office directly.
How can I make a payment for my tax or utility invoice?

Yes! Send payments via e-transfer to receipts@edson.ca. Be sure to include your account number and payment details in the message. -

Absolutely. You can enroll in pre-authorized payments to have your bill automatically withdrawn from your bank account. -

Yes! Most financial institutions allow you to pay through online or telephone banking. Check with your bank for specific options. -

What account number should I use for online banking payments?
- Utility Account: Use the utility account number from your invoice (remove the decimal point).
- Tax Roll: Use your tax roll number. If your bank requires a longer number, add leading zeroes.
- Customer Account: Use the customer ID from your invoice.
