Council Notes – Special Meeting - April 8, 2024
Land Use Bylaw Public Hearing. A Public Hearing was held for Draft Land Use Bylaw No. 2296. Residents who attended the Hearing expressed some concerns to Council about changes to specific zoning within the bylaw. Some areas of concern included lot sizing, set back limits, surveillance suite sizing, and rebuild options under various zoning requirements. Council has requested that Administration review the feedback provided and bring the draft back to Committee at a future date for further discussion.
