April 26, 2024 PD Day
Make the most of your child’s non-school Friday and register them for a fun-filled day of activities brought to you by Edson Dance Academy, Edson Tumblers Gymnastics Club, Galloway Station Museum, and The Town of Edson! Drop off is between 8:00 and 8:30 AM and pickup is between 2:30 and 3:00 PM at Edson Dance Academy ( 4820 3 Ave., Edson). Please enter through east entrance. Bussing will be provided between locations.

2024 Go Girl Conference
We are excited to be hosting the 2024 Yellowhead Regional Go Girl Conference on Saturday, May 11! This one-day event brings together girls in Grades 5-9 from across our region to try a variety of activities, with the goal of motivating them to be active for life. The day includes an inspiring keynote speaker, sessions led by female instructors, opportunities for connection, all in a positive, empowering environment.
Sessions include: Aerial arts, fire fit, water smart, paint & plant, nerf wars, gymnastics, yoga, intro to karate, hip hop, drumming & spirit animals, iPhone photography, and henna.
Keynote Speaker: Mackenzie Brown
Registration kicks-off in-person at the Edson & District Leisure Centre 3:30-5:30pm on Monday, April 8, followed by online registration opening at 5:30pm that day. Registration closes at 4:00pm on Tuesday, April 30.

Family Sock Hop 1950s Dance May 24th
Get ready to twist and shout at our Family Sock Hop event! Grab your poodle skirts and leather jackets because we are throwing it back to the '50s. Enjoy a night of dancing, games, snacks, and nostalgic fun for the whole family. Don't forget your dancing shoes - we'll be grooving to classic tunes all night long and Amy Wesolowsky will even teach us some dance moves. So bring your loved ones and let's make some unforgettable memories together!
