Notice -Organizational Meeting October 15,2024

An Organizational Meeting will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, for the Town’s annual update. The agenda includes the appointment of an external auditor, setting the Council and Committee of the Whole meeting schedule for 2024-2025, Council appointments to various boards and committees, public board member appointments for the Edson Public Library, and the Deputy Mayor rotation schedule.


The meeting will be live-streamed on our usual channels — Facebook Live, YouTube, and at www.edson.ca/live.

An Organizational Meeting will be held at 7:00 PM, for the Town’s annual update. The agenda includes the appointment of an external auditor, setting the Council and Committee of the Whole meeting schedule for 2024-2025, Council appointments to various boards and committees, public board member appointments for the Edson Public Library, and the Deputy Mayor rotation schedule.

This will be followed by the Regular Council Meeting. The agenda includes the response to the Lions Club Campground delegation, an update on the 2024 Capital Projects, a review of the draft Reserve Policy, and the appointment of the Director of Emergency Management.
