Everyone that has been impacted by the floods should contact their insurance providers first to go through their coverage and to follow their processes.
If you require immediate assistance for temporary housing and supports, please contact the Town Office at 780-723-4401. Red Cross has some immediate supports available and we can put you in touch with the right people. They also have a Flood Recovery Guide available.
We ask everyone that has experienced damage due to the flooding to call the Town Office to register. Registration allows us to track problem areas for future planning, and for additional supports and waste removal solutions as they become available. and gives us contact information so we can pass on pertinent information on additional supports and waste removal as it becomes available.
Impacted residents are asked to track their expenses and time related to cleaning/remediation as well.
Mental health is also very important as we continue to deal with multiple emergencies. Please see the attached information for some additional available supports.
